Full Description
This method covers the determination of the degree of solubility in trichloroethylene or 1,1,1-trichloroethane of asphalt materials having little or no mineral matter. The portion that is soluble in trichloroethylene or 1,1,1-trichloroethane represents the active cementing constituents.
