This document establishes a technical framework for a biometric multi-modal fusion system, describes business processes, and specifies the functional requirements, performance requirements, and security requirements of a biometric multi-modal fusion system. This document is applicable to the design, development, and testing of a biometric multi-modal fusion system.

This document provides a framework and detailed requirements of a biometric multi-modal system through which a secure multi-modal fusion system can be established.
