Provides a series of tests directly related to the impacts and loads encountered in everyday use. The ability of the wheelchair to withstand these tests provides the buyer with the knowledge that the purchase will stand up to the rigors of service expected. The wheelchair designer and manufacturer will use the tests as strength and stability standards to be met by the product. Wheelchair importers or exporters are provided with a performance specification on which their purchasing contracts can be based.
